Default Listing Agents Information

Hello,

I hear different answers to this question so I thought I'd ask it here. Does the listing agents info need to display on the property listing?

Thanks,
Ed

This depends on the rules of the local MLS. You'll need to consult them or check the agreement you [should have] signed in order to get access to the data. It's different in every market.

in some MLS you can get agent info but for sure you can't get their emails.

Yeah, Troy is right, you just have to follow the agreement you have with your own MLS. But most of the times, you need to have the listing agent's name.

Sure you can! (I'm not sure if you're selling or buying, so will give both answers)

If you're choosing to use the agent to buy a property:
The agent (with few listings) has access to MLS (the real estate listing service) and can set up appointments to show you properties. Hopefully you are choosing this agent for a reason such as:
1. they are knowledgeable in the type of property you are looking for'
2. you trust them or have a history with them;

If you're choosing to use the agent to sell a property:
The agent (with few listings) will have more time to spend showing your property to prospective buyers, so it might be advantageous to use them. But you should question why they have so few listings as it could also be a sign of an agent who does not see much traffic.

I would weigh the pros and cons of what you're getting by selecting that agent over another with more listings. Senior rates airfares
