Problem removing expired/sold properties

I inherited a project that utilizes RETS, and we have noticed that some properties are not dropping off when they should. I am having a hard time finding what data to look for in order to tell if a property should be de-listed (expired, sold, leased, cancelled, withdrawn).

I am currently looking at the "status" field for values (K,L,S,X,W) - this is what I believe the statuses are:
# A = Active *
# H = Hold *
# K = Cancelled
# L = Leased
# O = Contingent-Other
# P = Pending *
# S = Sold
# X = Expired
# W = Withdrawn

Is this correct?

RETS Client - Secure HTTP support

I'm still in a search for the ultimate RETS client that will allow us to support ALL of our RETS providers.

Does anyone know of any RETS client that supports secure urls? vieleRETS doesn't seem to be doing it. Eg,

https://rets-beta.mlspin.com:12109/rets/login

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Field Loop error

We had this script written for us by a third party and are unable to get in contact with him. This is more of and Asp.Net question then a RETS question but I'm hoping someone out there can help.

Below is the error thrown while appending all fields & parameters from RETS data records:

Operator '=' is not defined for type 'DBNull' and string "".
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.InvalidCastException: Operator '=' is not defined for type 'DBNull' and string "".

Line 115: sFields = IIf(sFields <> "" , sFields & ", ", "") & odbcDC.ColumnName & " = ?" & odbcDC.ColumnName

Any help would be appreciated.
